Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Grand Rapids, MI to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will drive brand standards, communicate priorities, and support sales goals while coaching staff and managing daily store operations, scheduling, and inventory. This role requires 18+ and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support scheduling and associate development when needed.
