Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lead a team on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing duties.
• Provide clear direction to sales associates and model brand standards.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and customer service metrics.
