Job summary

The role supports opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, and merchandise replenishment, with opportunities for development across our brands. Part-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and promotions.
• Support development of associates and scheduling when needed.
