KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico's at Grandville, MI to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centric environment. You will work with store leadership to drive sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory tasks while maintaining a positive work culture. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
