Job summary

Chico's in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will guide brand standards and foster a positive, customer-centered culture that goes beyond transactions to create memorable experiences reflective of our hospitality.

In this role you will support opening/closing, share brand priorities, coach associates, manage scheduling, inventory, and POS operations, and help drive sales performance while delivering

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
