Job summary

KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Sales Lead for Chico's at Fort Wayne, IN. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and create memorable, hospitality-driven customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will coach and develop staff, manage daily operations, and focus on achieving sales goals through teamwork and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
