Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required
• Minimum 2 years retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Proficient with POS and handheld systems, and basic Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed personal and store sales goals through revenue-building strategies
• Assist staff to exceed individual and store goals
• Assist leadership team to provide a world-class shopping experience through Extraordinary Brand Selling and Service Culture
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving financial and operational objectives including expense control, loss prevention, and weekly reports
• Monitor compliance with company policies and employment laws; communicate updates to staff
• Collaborate with Store Manager on visual merchandising and brand standards
• Communicate with leadership and corporate on product mix, trends, and needs
• Hold store keys and participate in opening/closing procedures
