Job summary

Fabletics in Birmingham, AL is seeking a full-time Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales across our Summit Birmingham store. You will lead a small team, train associates, and partner with the Store Manager to meet targets, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising while embodying our active lifestyle brand.

You will engage customers with knowledge on fabrics and features, lead events, and collaborate to achieve bold goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail work experience (or more)
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running, etc.)
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners
• Ability to work with large teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Comfort with ambiguity and own initiative
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems
• Self-motivated and good communicator
• Able to multitask, set priorities and work under pressure
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift boxes (10-30 lbs)
• Applicants must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales inside the store.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Lead store events, promotions, and community projects to boost engagement.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet targets.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to improve business results.
• Aim to meet/exceed store performance metrics and quality standards.
• Be a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; report issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required (10-30 lbs).
