KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 3033-Hagerstown Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, MD. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, some management exposure, and comfort with POS systems to drive a seamless customer journey across channels.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use available tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
