Qualifications

• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.

• Uphold visual and operational standards and drive omnichannel shopping experience.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
