Job summary

Ann Taylor at Tampa Premium Outlets in Lutz, FL, is seeking a Sales Lead to inspire a high-energy, customer-first experience. You’ll model service excellence, coach associates, and partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll help create an inclusive, visually strong store, use systems to drive sales, and support omnichannel shopping. Regular/Part time hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand with personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
