Job summary

KnitWell Group, the specialty retail operating company behind LOFT, is seeking a Sales Lead for Destin, FL. You will support and model outstanding customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to act as manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience and some management exposure, with comfort using a POS system and strong communication skills. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Enjoys communicating and coaching
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and role model excellent service.
• Support onboarding and development of an engaged team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
