Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Woodbury Lakes, MN to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model hospitality. You’ll drive brand standards and deliver memorable, customer-centered experiences that reflect our empowerment culture.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, product knowledge sharing, omni-channel approaches, coaching, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment, and contributing to a positive work environment through teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand and customer focus.
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer and peer relationship skills.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations as needed.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Provide coaching feedback and schedule when needed.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Promote an omni-channel shopping experience.
• Share ideas with store leadership to improve performance.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
