Reformation in Houston is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a high-energy retail team at the Houston Galleria. The role focuses on achieving store goals, delivering a customer-first experience, and using technology to create a standout in-store interaction.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach associates, manage inventory, track performance, and uphold brand standards while sustaining a positive, entrepreneurial work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience required.
• Experience in a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach with self-motivation for work and career.
• Excellent communicator with a passion for people.

• Lead and train staff; onboard new hires; support training programs.
