Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Flatiron, New York location. You will deliver best-in-class service, drive customer engagement, and partner with the Store Manager to hit bold sales targets.

The role combines in-store leadership with omnichannel efforts, ensuring a seamless shopping journey across our website and retail stores. The ideal candidate has 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in retail.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running) is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and deliver best-in-class service.
• Train and provide feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and inventory awareness.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Support both Sales & Operations and omnichannel initiatives.
