Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead at Keystone - Indianapolis, IN to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and support in sales and operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager and team to help customers Live their Passion and bridge experiences between online and in-store shopping. Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc.).
• Ability to engage customers and work with a large team.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Offer feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Aim to exceed store objectives related to performance and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and flag issues.
