Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to lift/move materials 10–50 pounds and stand/walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience in all areas of the store.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store.
• Assist with delegating operations tasks with the GM.
