Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Sevierville, TN. You will support and role model excellent customer experiences, and work with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions so you can step in as manager when needed.

You'll train and engage associates, uphold brand standards, and use technology to drive a customer-focused, profitable store. Flexible availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching associates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Maintain strong store visuals and operational standards.
• Step into a managerial role when needed and support omnichannel shopping.
