Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to drive customer engagement and store performance in a VF Corporation retail location. You will support leadership, coach associates, and help meet sales goals while upholding brand standards and inclusive service.

You will mentor teams, deliver feedback, and step in for management as needed, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Customer-focused with ability to coach and develop sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement and sales coaching.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving targets.
• Foster an inclusive store environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally cover store in the absence of a manager.
• Interact with customers and ensure high level service throughout shifts.
