Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to coach and guide team to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge with the team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and scheduling support to keep the team on track with goals.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment as part of daily operations.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, store policies, and omni-channel initiatives.
