Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead in Houston, TX to work closely with store leaders and supervise the team. You’ll model friendly, customer-centric service and uphold brand standards, guiding staff to deliver memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

You will open and close shifts, coach associates, and ensure smooth operations while staying attentive to promotions and store policies. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
