Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model brand standards to deliver hospitality-driven service.

You will coach teammates, share product knowledge, and ensure smooth operations on the sales floor, aligning with promotions, schedules, and store policies.

This is a Regular/Part time role with evenings, weekends, and holiday availability, offering growth across our brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership team and foster teamwork.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
