Formación

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a POS system and technology.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to take initiative and make thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Model personalized customer experiences as a brand representative.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching so associates perform their best.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas to support the team.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
