Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead in Savannah to partner with store leaders and guide the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will set the tone, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to drive sales and foster a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll lead by example on the sales floor, manage operations, and communicate brand priorities. A minimum of 2 years in retail management is preferred, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep the team focused on goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
