Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 0325-The Streets at South Glenn-Chico's-Centennial, CO 80122 to coach the team and uphold brand standards while delivering memorable, personalized customer experiences.

You will support store leadership with operations, share brand priorities, and coach on product knowledge and omni-channel sales. The role requires excellent communication, a team-first mindset, and the ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor and mentor teammates with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to keep goals on track.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and foster teamwork.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and culture.
