KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead for Chico's at The Streets at South Glenn in Centennial, CO. You will partner with store leadership to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver personalized, hospitality-focused shopping experiences.

You will support operations, coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory, while communicating brand priorities and promotions. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Passion for our brand and fashion
• 2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
