Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Hingham, MA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional service. You will help maintain brand standards and shape a positive, customer-centered culture that goes beyond transactions.

You will set direction to achieve team goals, coach associates, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment, while staying knowledgeable on promotions and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team.
• Provide product knowledge and up-sell using omni-channel approach.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support policies and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Share ideas with the leadership team.
