Job summary

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to contribute to salesmanship and customer experience within our stores. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, offer recommendations, process transactions at the cash register, and assist with stockroom organization and shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience, confidence in engaging customers, and the ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus. 18+ years old is required.
