Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Sales Associate for our stores to drive customer satisfaction and sales. You will greet shoppers, understand their needs, and guide them through our product lines including Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.

Strong product knowledge and communication skills help you close sales while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and assess shopping needs.
• Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make decisions.
• Use the cash register to complete transactions and process payments.
• Assist with product shipments and organize the stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment for customers and staff.
