Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (unassisted) or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products and assist with merchandise handling.
• Downstock and replenish shelves to keep stock visible and accessible.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure items arrive as expected and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, blinds) based on customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and perform other duties as assigned.
