Job summary

Country Supplier LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate for our Sequim store. You will greet customers, answer questions, maintain product knowledge, and help with merchandising and store upkeep to meet company standards.

You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, handle phone inquiries, and support loss prevention while delivering excellent service and accurate pricing across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
• Familiar with operating a computer system and email.
• Preferably familiar with standard retail concepts and practices.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Radio communication with associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and merchandise.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Daily cleaning such as vacuuming and replacing trash bags.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
