Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help customers find the location of products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning (e.g., vacuuming, replacing full trash bags, sweeping the department floor).
