Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Sales Associate in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, participate in piercing services with proper training, and maintain engaging store displays.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, supporting promotions, and upholding brand standards while creating a positive, energetic atmosphere for customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with social media and trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales game by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling promos to drive revenue.
• Conduct piercings with a focus on aftercare education and a sterile environment.
• Maintain a visually appealing store with organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent the brand by staying updated on fashion trends and recommending products.
• Assist in store operations including deliveries, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
