Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time, non-exempt sales associate to join our team. You will drive sales, engage with customers, and participate in piercing services with training. Help maintain attractive product displays and ensure smooth store operations.

The role emphasizes delivering great customer experiences, staying on top of fashion trends, and supporting the Store Manager with teamwork and energy.

Qualifications

• Retail experience of at least 1 year, with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Willingness to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and hyping up promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and stay updated on fashion and social media trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to post their Claire’s haul on social media.
