Job summary

You will assist in daily store operations, support promotional activities, and contribute to a friendly, energetic team culture that delivers excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: crush goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: participate in comprehensive training; conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain attractive in-store displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager with motivation, tips, and a positive vibe.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products; stay updated on fashion trends to help customers find their style.
• Store Operations: assist deliveries, visuals, and promotions; help run store smoothly.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media.
