Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a motivated retail teammate to provide outstanding customer experiences and support in-store operations. You will assist customers, manage the POS system, and help merchandize and present products to enhance shopper satisfaction.

As a brand ambassador, you will stay informed about product collaborations and launches, sharing knowledge to strengthen connections with Crocs fans. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating Crocs' core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
