AT&T Mobility Services in Southington, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to build meaningful connections with customers using your sales and product knowledge. You will guide customers through options, participate in store events, and handle online orders and outbound calls to drive sales.

The role supports a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training provided if you’re new to sales. Expect a fast-paced environment where adaptability and customer focus lead to success.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Willing to learn AT&T products and services.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning available two weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and products.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
