AT&T in Shelby Township is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right products and services, guiding them through thoughtful options and building meaningful connections. You’ll participate in events, assist with online orders, and reach out to both existing and prospective customers.

The role highlights a consultative sales approach, a fast-paced environment, and comprehensive training.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsabilidades

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks of advance schedule.”
• You’ll stay flexible and open to change to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
