Job summary

AT&T retail sales consultant role in Scranton, PA offers an opportunity to guide customers with a consultative sales approach and leverage our full product lineup. You will engage in community events, online orders, and outbound calls while supporting a busy store environment.

The position includes a 40-hour week with a schedule that covers 9am–9pm, weekends, and a robust benefits package. Prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with tools, training and coaching to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice of seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
