Job summary

AT&T Retail Sales Consultant in Wylie, TX, centers on building meaningful connections with customers through a consultative approach to choosing devices and services. You’ll drive sales targets while leveraging AT&T’s product suite to help families and communities stay connected.

You will participate in events, manage online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning two weeks ahead.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks in advance for monthly seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you meet customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
