AT&T in Pasadena is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to deliver personalized sales experiences on the storefront floor. You’ll guide customers through options, meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commissions with our device and service lineup.

You’ll work a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends with 40 hours weekly. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training and coaching are provided to help you hit and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance seniority-based schedules.
