Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in the United States, Georgia, Newnan, to drive sales using a consultative approach and to cultivate customer relationships across our full product suite. You’ll assist customers, process online orders, and engage in outbound calling as part of a fast-paced team.

The role emphasizes meeting targets, earning commissions, and flexible scheduling (9am–9pm, weekends). Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s full product suite.
• Create meaningful connections with each customer using personalized sales expertise.
• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule of 9am–9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
