AT&T in Indianapolis is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. You’ll drive sales on the floor with a consultative approach, guiding customers through options and closing deals while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll support online orders and outbound outreach to existing and potential customers, with shifts 9am–9pm including weekends. A strong customer focus and willingness to learn are key; training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.
• Strong customer focus and ability to learn product offerings quickly.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options and close sales.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; participate in two-week advance seniority scheduling.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs.
