Job summary

AT&T in Amarillo is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to be at the center of customer interactions, guiding options with a consultative approach and leveraging the latest devices and services.

You’ll work a 9am-9pm schedule including weekends, with paid training and coaching if you’re new to sales. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps; full support is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with 2 weeks notice for seniority-based shifts.
• Stay flexible to evolving tech and how we work to meet customer needs.
• Be part of a team focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
