AT&T in Lincoln, Rhode Island is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right devices and services. You’ll apply a consultative sales approach to guide choices and help families stay connected.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with training and coaching provided. Past retail or customer-facing experience helps, and top sellers earn strong commissions through uncapped opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Be able to guide customers with a consultative sales approach.
• Training and coaching provided for new hires to reach goals.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Engage with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with advance scheduling.
• Stay current with evolving technology and sales processes.
