AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Torrington, CT. You will guide customers with a consultative approach and help them select from AT&T’s devices and services.

This role includes earning commissions, with uncapped upside tied to sales performance, and a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides the tools, training, and coaching needed to meet and exceed goals.

• You’ll be provided with tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule from 9am–9pm including weekends; 2 weeks advance for monthly schedules.
