Job summary

AT&T in Conway, AR is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options on the sales floor. You’ll participate in community events, assist with online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.

Expect a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 40 hours weekly and opportunities to earn commissions based on sales performance. Training and coaching are provided to help you reach targets and advance your sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.
• You can meet sales targets and earn commissions.
• If you have no sales experience, AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' notice for seniority-based shifts.
• This fast-paced environment requires flexibility and staying current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training provided to meet/exceed goals.
