AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant at our Conway, AR store. You’ll engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guide options, and drive sales through AT&T’s products and services.

Responsibilities include events, online orders, and outbound calls, with a shift from 9am–9pm, including weekends, and uncapped commission opportunities. You’ll earn between $16.18 and $20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if goals are met, with top sellers reaching around $62,460

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options on the sales floor.
• Participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; be flexible to meet customer needs.
• Be adaptable to evolving technology and changing sales approaches to meet goals.
• No sales experience? Tools, training and coaching are provided to help meet goals.
