Job summary

AT&T in Austin, TX is looking for Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers through their wireless options on the sales floor. You’ll use a consultative approach and connect with the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.

Expect a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs. Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Be flexible and open to change to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
