AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Branson, MO. You will guide customers with a consultative sales approach on options, participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Expect a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules. The role includes uncapped commissions and a strong emphasis on helping customers, with training provided as needed.

Formación

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsabilidades

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; stay flexible to evolving tech and ways we serve customers.
